Actually there is another quite pertinent article regarding closing circles of law in the real world's geography also from Reason...I will post it there and here...almost started with that article...
you cant have a firearm 1000' from a school and you cant have drugs within a 1000' of a school . but what of the children inside carrying both illegal drugs and firearms ? they need them for protection ? just remeber kids , guns dont kill people - i do .
