I'm not sure what to say about this...He seems to have some experience in extreme recreation. He inspired the Professor on Son of the Beach. He appears about a minute in, the series is well covered on Youtube for the moment. Checking for the Hawking character on Son of the Beach I came across this neat page on Simpsons math.
