Ahhh, but they have no problem with murderers walking away from "open prisons" back over the pond. The authorities do, however, get a bit worried over releasing murderers photos as it may violate their human rights.
That Derbyshire Chief just keeps giving, it's a shame he seems to be retiring this September.
