this kid has 70% of his hearing . that being said , the dog is there to alert him to fire alarms and cars ect . alarms in general are very loud . in my high school the alarm was deafning ( no pun intended ) . so whats with the dog ? why so much extra attention for one student out of at least 2000 ? i hope he doesnt get a dime
