More Fourth Estate

I had this post sitting as a draft for a spell. I intended to get stats on public trust of lawyers and add a little here or there. I did not get to it but saw this over at Classical Values, and the Puppy Blender mentioned it as well. So I took it out of the draft file which sticks it back chronologically.
