I recieved an email mentioning several politicians and the Roswell incident. The proclivities of interstellar perverts is currently not widespread knowledge, but I am assuming they are at least as pent up as "sailors."

This "debunking" in snopes does not account for the unknown gestation periods of mixed alien-human/other strains.
Births preceding the "incident" are a peskier matter.
